What a find this was about 2 years ago! The best fish and chips in North West Leicestershire by a country mile. Being able to order by phone and having them ready at the time of collection is a massive plus. Their delivery service is great too. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Not from the area so didn’t know what to expect having read some reviews. I had chips and chicken kebab and sweet chilli sauce. It was bloody lovely, massive portion of chips and loads of meat in the kebab and the sauce was to die for. Won’t hesitate going back if in the area!
Visiting a friend nearby and she ordered from here. Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Delicious and cooked to perfection as well as being very generous portions Pity you can’t deliver to West Yorkshire

Excellent place, young lad on phone was very polite, took my order and got it perfect. Good portions and really good food me and family have eaten mix kebabs, fish chips and burgers and large buttered sausage was very impressed. Definitely will be our 1 take away

Just got fish and chips from Steve's. Absolutely lovely food, cooked fresh when you order it. One of the biggest, tastiest fish I've ever had. I thought whale hunting had been banned
In my opinion this is the best chip shop around! Having tried and tested alot of the other chips shops locally this place is the real deal. The quality of food and the portions are bang on and are great value for money. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. As for the shop itself it is very clean and tidy. The owner takes great pride in his business. I would highly recommend.
Ordered fish and chips for our community lunch 31 portions, everyone commented how much they enjoyed them. Highly recommend Steve's. Thank you much appreciated.
