It was easy enough to make an appointment; I requested a stylist who could manage hair that is not straight! Rachel undertook the task and I am definitely impressed with her! She is professional, empathetic and ensured that she checked with me every step of the way. The result was pleasing and I will certainly be visiting Rachel again. So glad to have used Steve Hillard, lovely & welcoming team. I was seen by the lovely Megan & Dani who listened to exactly what I wanted, absolutely loved the final look. So much so my sister booked a consultation the same day to have hers done too! Thank you girls.
All staff were very friendly and welcoming there was a positive atmosphere and they made sure i felt comfortable during my hair colouring and styling process.. Thank you to Amelia who did my hair in June and i got exactly what i wanted. I received so many compliments! She was very sweet and lovely… Cant wait to visit the salon again
Love getting my hair done here. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately not the best experience.. To get consultation appointment patch test was very chaotic. After seeing my hair I was told the price will be £133 which I was ok with but ended up paying over £170 which is quite big difference. Also after washing out the bleach and shampoo my hair was one huge clump, ladies were brushing it through without any spray or anything what would make it easier, this was the most painful experience I ever had at hairdressers had bleach before and they pulled out two full brushes of hair no cut which is probably the worst thing about the whole experience…. Also to my surprise when I checked the receipt I was charged for small hair “olaplex” which I thought was a complimentary gift. Well at least they could have use it when they were brushing my hair.Service: Hair coloring
Fell upon Steve Hilliard by accident a couple of years ago as I needed somewhere local for a last minute blow dry. I was booked in with Grace and now wouldn't want anyone else doing my hair. I'm a regular visitor, at least a couple of times per month. Grace knows exactly what I want, she is professional and friendly and I always leave happy. The whole team are friendly creating a nice, relaxing environment. Highly recommend.
