Just had Steve in to fit a new boiler, first time customers. From the moment we were put in contact with him via the Worcester-Bosch website, he has been timely, efficient, polite and helpful. The work was done in the timescale and price quoted and he also serviced a gas fire for us. Very reasonably priced and he and his team left the house spotless. Would highly recommended.
Never bothered to ring me. Like all tradesmen these days unless it's a big job they don't want to know. Customer service what customer service!!!
