As a previous post indicated, the Post Office's own website states that this particular one should open at 10:00, yet wasn't when they visited. As a result, I thought, hey, I'll give them 30 minutes leeway, just incase they're running a little late. Lo and behold, I arrived at 10:30 20 minutes ago and the Post Office was still closed. What a shambles.
Been using this post office for a few years, always managed to get my parcels quickly, the lady that works there is very nice and helps where she can if needed
The office says it’s open at 10:00 so I was waiting since 10 in the morning and the person in charge didn’t show up and the shop was closed, it is just too frustrating. There are people were also waiting for the shop to open, and they told me the person in charge is always late. It’s a very bad service, if you cannot open your shop at 10, then don’t put in google you open at 10, people have other important things to do than waiting for your shop to open
This has to be one of the worst post office in London, people who work there are rude, disorganised and super slow. Some of them hardly speak simple english or show basic manners.
Vanatha was very professional and helpful to me at the post office, she always take time to sort out my issues with compassion.
AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I don’t understand how these places get permission to operate. The service is super slow, the people are rude, and they say the machine is not working so you can pay by cash. However, you can’t see the weight of your parcels.
I always receive amazing customer service from this Post Office. They do their best to help you post your orders before the last collection!
Post office service is so slow. On average the guy takes at least 5-10+ mins a customer as he types and moves so slowly. If there is a queue, it takes 30+ mins. Avoid. I’ve started catching the DLR to Canary Wharf post office to avoid going here. Editing my reply to address the owner's response. I went last Wednesday, not the day after public holiday!! And Ive been there a few other times not on a Monday in the past few months. ALWAYS SLOW. I don't think its disrespectful to say you're slow. Its factual and alot of the other reviewers agree
No frills, and wouldn't recommend for shopping, but this is a great local post office in terms of getting you what you need from royal mail. The hours are particularly good if you have a "9-5" style job, as also have good hours on weekend and evenings. There is often a short queue, but service from the woman behind the counter is great. She makes sure people get what they need, e.g. reminding you to take a photo of receipt for tracked post. Have been several times now and never had a bad experience.
A good service and it wasn't busy at all when i went there. Got lucky i guess. But overall it was great, she helped me with sending the parcel as well which i was meant to do it on my own.
