I like the brand and the history but as a retail client for 5 years now I have to admit the service is very poor if you compare with other brands. But possibly this is just in the UK. Maybe they could invest a bit more on their solutions and customer service. Not even a credit card is offered and only one branch in London exists with the wrong closing hours posted. No mortgage solutions offered or loans too.

0 is what this bank deserves. Do NOT ever go near this bank. i have been trying to do an international money transfer over a month now. But i am guessing they must have a terrible team and brokrasi that no matter how many times i answer their ridiculous questions they keep sending the money back. its awful and also it takes agesss to receieve the money back. They made a fortune in stock market for themselves keeping my money for over a month and caused thousands of pounds loss for my business.. Shame on you idiots!!! Do NOT ever go near this bank!!! i will never ever....

I could give them 0 star if I could. They closed my FX account without any prior communication, I was sent a cheque out of the blue for the balance amount and 3 months on my new bank is still chasing Citi to receive the proceeds. Called Citi customer service and I thought I was talking to a robot. I have no words. Stay away.

I have been trying to open an investment account for 4 months, I don't know who runs their Global Executive Banking system but it is impossible to get anything done. Selim

Don't bank with them, they really only care about commercial, not consumer interests. They have closed all consumer branches in the U.K. and outsource all customer service to a call centre in Manila. Any special request takes 48 hours for a reponse and their website is essential broken, constantly. If you want a global bank go with HSBC.
