I've been to Stems a couple of times and not usually had a problem until this situation.. I went in to the shop wanting a bouquet of different colour roses for my girlfriend on the Friday before Valentines Day. They told me they had no roses in stock at the time other than a couple of pink ones and that I could pre-pay and collect tomorrow when they would be able to get some, which was fine by me. I asked my mother to pick them up for me as I was busy this day. When my mother arrived to collect them she was told they had "forgotten" my order and then asked her what the order was, for her to tell them my order again and the lady to insist that is not what I ordered despite having my word and 3 other peoples that knew I wanted that. After some very rude sighing and tutting slyly she agreed to make the bouquet I actually ordered and she actually wrote down. Although this for me was bad enough, this same lady came into my mothers shop later on to buy something from the shop and then proceeded to tell her that it was not what I ordered and that it "wasn't her fault" this had happened. Embarrassing my mother in front of a dozen customers and a couple of co-workers too. Having some experience myself with customer service im fully aware of the phrase "the customer is always right", clearly this lady was never told this simple customer satisfaction process. Very disappointed in how my order was forgotten about and how my mother was spoken to by this stuck up lady. Even though one customer lost isnt going to ruin your business, I'd advise you treat your future customers with a little thing called respect. Shame on you Stems and shame on you stuck up lady :))

From Hawarden =Thankyou - received a beautiful basket on the 17th January for my birthday with an excellent variety of plants and am enjoying the plants very much.
