She would have loved them; bright colours amongst the white, not too austere with lots of interest. They were commented on. I shared them out amongst the mourners which was much appreciated."},{"text":"I chose Cocoa as I had used them once before and been very happy with their service. I phoned early on Monday morning and said that I wanted to spend £50 plus their £5.95 delivery charge and asked for the display to be very colourful, the girl I spoke to assured me it would be really lovely. What arrived was a display of predominantly white flowers, a lot of green foliage, a yellow chrysanthemum and what looked like a purple iris - not in any way 'very colourful.' To say I was disappointed was an understatement, the flowers had been sent as a special thank you and frankly there was nothing special about them. I telephoned to express my concerns that what I had ordered hadn't been delivered and just got told 'I'm sorry you feel that way - no offer of trying to make the situation right. My mother who had also contributed to the flowers and who was equally disappointed also phoned - she spoke to a man who again offered little or no apology and actually put the phone down on her., truly shocking customer service. I will never use Cocoa again and I will certainly not recommend them. If my friend hadn't sent me a photo of what she received then I would never have known what had been delivered, but sadly I do and just wish I could have taken my £56.95 and spent with someone who cared."},{"text":"After more than a year of ordering flowers online at this place, I cannot say anything else but compliments.
