This is a gem of a little business, that deserves support  Steffens has years of experience and has built a great little organisation that does quality work.  I stumbled across it the other day when I needed some new suit trousers hemming, in a rush  Stef moved mountains to get my deadline met; and I am totally impressed by her approach to customers, and quality work.    Building a business in tough, she deserves support.  If you need any alterations/tailoring etc, I highly recommend Steff.Service:&nbsp;Fitting &amp; custom tailoring

Very disappointed with the service received took a coat in to have the zip replaced in October 2021, received a call at end of October telling me she had sourced wrong zip and that she needed to replace it and she would be in touch. I then received a call around December 19 and was told I needed to collect item the very next day as she was returning home for Xmas I couldn't make it as it was my daughters birthday stef then had a go at me as she wanted to collect all money in for her trip. Today as of 3rd of May 22 I received another call from stef reminding me that my coat was due to be collected and if I didn't collect by Wednesday she would be disturbing of my coat which I had forgot about I explained I get paid next week and again she came across aggressively. I don't know if she treats all customers like this but I'm offended with treatment by her. So now I presume she will disgard of my coat as I can't get there till next week. I will be going to trading standard and seeing if she is operating lawfullyService:&nbsp;General sewing

Steff was excellent at altering my wedding dress that I purchased on line.  She made me feel at ease the whole time and confident that I would have my dress altered on time despite her being a very busy lady! Thank you Steff!

Steff did an amazing job altering my 'mother of the bride' outfit. I was in between sizes but she knew exactly what to do. Fits beautifully now. Very pleased with outcome. Would d recommend Steff.

Steff altered my business suit, jacket and trousers, which are now very comfortable and fit me very well. It saved me a quite a lot of money as her costs were very reasonable. She obviously is an expert, but very approachable and friendly. I would recommend to others
