My 79 year old mother in law had to return a faulty 3 month old £36 bag. She wanted it replaced which I feel is the right thing to expect. She was told she could only have it repaired which upset her. She was given a little card which told her of their policies (which was not given when she bought the bag) She couldn't read this without her glasses.The owner then said she was rude and didn't have to offer the repair service !! this is a pensioner just replace the bag and don't stress her out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't be shopping here.
