The service from Steer was friendly polite and efficient. Jade answered all my questions and her telephone manner was charming, efficient and gave me confidence all would run smoothly. The gentleman who collected my car was friendly and efficient as was Ivan who returned my car. The repair was perfect and my car was returned looking great. I would highly recommend Steer Polegate. I have very mixed feelings about this place.nInitially I was very happy, the office staff were friendly, the inspection of the damage on my car after my crash was thorough and the guy was really helpful, he pointed out things I wouldn't have noticed, I pointed out that my tyre had a slow puncture and the sensor kept going off due to this, it was added to the notes and told it would be taken care of.n4 months after my accident and I'm still waiting to be contacted about a part that wasn't fitted luckily nothing to stop me driving it safely, scratches and chips have been sprayed over instead of being filled/repaired and my front left still has a slow puncture 16psi when I collected it, it should be 51psinI will try to source the part I need and get it fitted elsewhere.nOverall, not the best. Most of the work on my car is very good, but the puncture in particular is really not good enough.
Had my car repaired here and could not fault the level of service I received. I was kept updated throughout the process. They had picked up issues from a previous garage used, rectified them and my car came back in perfect condition. Would definately use again and will recommend to others. Thank you Kasey & Dom for your help and service.
Great customer service. Was able to get my car into the shop in under 24 hours from the incident. Very happy with the repair work, my car feels like new again.
Dom, Connor, Terry, Jade and others made our experience a very good one. The car was immaculate when it came back, and they communicated well when we had some problems with fulfilment of parts from Tesla, which was outside their control.
