I’ve just had to have my car recovered by Hobbs. . They gave me a courtesy call and arranged a time to suit me. I was sent a link to show me the drivers progress and he arrived right on time. Vehicle and driverJames were smartly turned out and he was very professional. He rang me to inform that the car had been safely delivered to the garage. Outstanding service which the RAC should take note of. Pleasure to deal with.
This place is the worst experience i had. I had my motorbike stolen 2 weeks ago and police found it. It wasn’t working they stole the ignition we couldn’t get it working. So they decided to send it to a garage and i have been told they will recover it and fix it. Until the 5th day nobody gave me a call thats why i decided to call them. A lady ont the phone told me that is recovered and ready to collect. She said it will cost me £218. I went to collect it today and i paid £387. Then i was aloud to see my bike and it wasn’t even touched. That’s the worst place i have ever been.
I cannot speak more highly of Hobbs Recovery. The team were extremely efficient, quick and completely hassle free. My stressful situation was anything but after Chris had fitted and tested a new battery. My thanks to Chris and much appreciated.
Wow, simply wow. I had a blown tyre and was stuck on a busy road. I had literally the nicest most can do guy called Ben come to rescue me his first thing was to put me safe in his truck then he went on to put the car on his truck. Took me to the garage I needed but one of the most genuine guys could meet and from this experience I highly recommend if needed and if you are luck enough to meet Ben then trust me you will not stress.
