They did a great repair job on my car. The courtesy car drop off/collection was a little chaotic but they did eventually get a good car to me which I could use while mine was repaired

Took my car in to be repaired at steer Brackley. I was thrilled with the repair, looked better than new when I got it back. The Girl on the phone Phoebe was very helpful and friendly and was a joy to deal with.
Big chip on bonnet of a nearly new car with special colour. I was nervous it would look different to the rest of the original paint but it was perfect. Car collected all clean and gleaming. Excellent service
