Thrilled with the new lease of life given to my high mileage MX5 NC with BBR's Super 180 upgrade. Required a new manifold cat anyway and going with BBR's full catted manifold option plus an extra 30bhp was a no brainer. Friendly service to top it off!
The quality of work BBR do is fantastic, demonstrating some old school standards that enhance quality and service at every level, I have no hesitation in highly recommending the team at BBR for any works required on your vehicle, they are as passionate about quality as they are improving your vehicle in a multitude of ways. Two years after my Super 220 I had a small issue, the guys did not hesitate in rectifying the issue at no cost to myself. I couldn’t be happier, and will continue to utilise the services of BBR over and above anyone else
Previously I had purchased and installed BBR’s centre piece exhaust sports cat and their 4-1 exhaust manifold with a local mechanic.nnI took my MX-5 to the team as I temporarily has an EML after the change. I booked in for a remap and new camshafts.nnThe remap really made the most of the new power airflow and power gains reaching from 158 stock to 200 bhp.nnI dropped my car off at 9.30am but didn’t leave until 6.15pm. The results are worth the wait. Just make sure you plan on spending a day in the area such as Oxford.nnThe team did an excellent work and I feel certainly live up to their reputation! Will be back for a turbo and suspension package I hope! Possibly their clutch upgrade too!
Visited Neil this week after discussing an upgrade to my 2012 NC. The guys were efficient and the transformation to the car was more than I had hoped for. If you want to get the best from your MX5 then have a chat with them.
I have used BBR for a few years now and this was the first time I have had any issues with the car since fitting the kit to it. The guys were really good to deal with and booked me in for the day to sort out all the problems all minor things and even did a few service items for me whilst they were there. They aren’t the best on email would probably admit this themselves but in person or on the phone they have always looked after me very well. No one knows MX5’s like BBR!
