Steele & Co Moving and Storage

Used them for my last house move. It was a bit last minute and this company was the only one who could offer to move me on the date I needed. They were comparatively expensive but I had no choice if I wanted to move. I was reassured by the website and the fact that they weren't the cheapest. Unfortunately they sent a van that was far too small (a tail life box van for a 3 bed semi's worth of contents). They had to cram it to the ceiling and I and a friend took the excess in our cars. They damaged my contents, the fridge/freezer was dented - it had been immaculate, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe were cracked and broken. The house itself was also damaged (the removal men damaged the ceiling with the wardrobe). I wouldn't use them again.

They are, by far, the most efficient and professional removal firm I have ever used. The move went very smoothly, all furniture arrived safely and undamaged at my new home and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely use them next time I move.

Excellent staff and great service! I had them do all the packing and was impressed with the professionalism and the care they took to wrap and pack all of my belongings. I was equally impressed with the kindness and politeness they extended to my mother who was watching them like a hawk the moment they walked in the door. I appreciate everything they did to make this as painless as possible because I really hate moving! Again I want to commend a job well done and pretty quick too! Thanks to everyone at Steele & Co.. I will recommend your company to everyone I know!
