Excellent family run business! From my initial enquiry with Karen, through to my delivery this morning from Jack and Adam, they have all been very helpful and efficient. My delivery proceeded very smoothly with no hassle at all. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
Family run, very welcoming and accommodating, good rates, the only slight drawback is ease of access but they are predominantly a removals company rather than a storage company. It is also worth remembering that they cleared my flat whilst I was absent by agreement, however when I later asked for a inventory, I was given a piece of paper with a few random items on it. No detailed list of any of my collectibles, also a framed signed limited edition presentation CD from Black Stone Cherry was missing, as was my Weilhrauch air rifle, a wine rack, a kitchen bin, all my Lampshades and a set of ladders. When I questioned some of these missing items I was told they didn't have them and they were unable to check as the driver who was on that job no longer worked for them the items in question amount to a figure north of £1000 It's my word against theirs, but I won't be using them again.
Excellent service from Karen and her team. Nothing was too much trouble even though our dates kept changing!. We required a permanent, full house move from North Yorkshire to SW France - everything packed to the highest standard and delivered in perfect order. We took advantage of their storage facilities for several weeks too and again they were very flexible with the time required. Would highly recommend.
We're so glad we booked them. They were really supportive throughout the whole process. The office and the crew were friendly, skillful and professional. We also used the storage facility and they even took my plants out and kept them watered the other companies we looked at wouldn't take plants. Of all the removals we got quotes from, Cranburys were by far the best price-wise - yet they did an excellent job. They just don't waste your money on glossy brochures.
Cranburys provided an excellent service from start to end, including going above and beyond to keep our plants alive during the storage period! We had very good communication with the team throughout the process. No hesitation in recommending them.
