Returned a brand new unused product purchased Sunday that was no longer needed and dealt with by rude unhelpful staff member with officious attitude. Won't be shopping here again & assume store will shut soon underArgos closure programme and won't be missed by me
I bought mobile phone that was faulty i been there.they sand for repair butt it was same they didn't take back .they said there is no issue. Manager was really rude. I paid 200 pond i didn't get anything it's just a toy .
There were technical difficulties when I arrived and they were not able to inform customer before hand which they apologised for but the problem is they did not contact me to tell me when those problems had been solved and I was unable to get through via phone so I had no idea when I was able to collect my package which was needed for the day of collection
Went in to this shop today to get some larger white goods. Very few staff on as all these companies are doing self-service!! Look at the picture it shows what people think of that!! The staff where happy to keep trying to sell me extras. But the minute I complained that they were charging me £12 .50 to have the products delivered but the earliest they could deliver was 12 days!! They said I would have to take that up with head office!!
Went in today for key fob battries was helped by kain who was great an friendly served me really quickly highly recommend shopping there
I found it very easy to order my items and I received them within a couple of minutes. Staff where very helpful and very friendly.
Served by a very rude blonde woman who, when I asked if I could have someone help me carry the box as I had a pushchair and my car was a 30 second walk away, refused to even ask anyone. Then proceed to say if I couldn't carry it myself she would cancel it. Extremely rude and I won't be ordering from there again.
Awful staff incredibly rude and full of attitude would not let me return a faulty item! The Manager didn’t care that I was going to report them! Had to return via Argos website/ customer service which were more helpful! Manager needs to be fired
5 Stars for customer service from Ellie 22nd March and Marilena 29th March. On the two separate occasions, both ladies were very helpful in sourcing the items I needed from differing locations for collection. Excellent service, thank you.
Great argos, quick collection for online orders however as its bromsgrove town centre, have to pay to park and walk in hence the 4 starts
