Absolutely bowled over and emotional!! I took this well loved, life long and extremely sentimental teddy bear in to Geeves of Bromsgrove, I was very upset and tearful, not knowing if anything could be done.  The gentleman behind the desk was realistic and helpful and said he would do his very best!! It might look like a little old teddy to many people but it’s worth the moon and back to me, when I collected it, I could have cried again!  Just look at the amazing repair!! Amazing service. Cleaned 2 piece suit at short notice with same day turn around for special event. Removed stickie stain on jacket. Running late for pickup due to traffic issues and was super reassuring and very helpful. Overall went over and above with there service
