Brought 2 items from here after paying online and had to go and collect from store! Plenty of car park space to get to! Easy experience to pick up parcel… straight to the click and collect service desk and helpful staff who quickly gave me my package! Would use again

The slightly older female customer assistant is very rude and arrogant, didn't resolve my query nor did she forward it to a higher authority. Simply ignored my needs which left me stranded with no idea on what to do. She was also raising her voice at me so I had to match her manner. As a business graduate I can claim that customer service is always a top priority and in this instance, it wasn't regarded by any means. A very disappointing experience and I am hesitant to shop at this particular branch.

Absolutely vile I had a kettle that was under 1 year but refused to exchange as the manager Andrzej said it was in poor state. I explained that the kettle had a fault and it was nothing to do with that state. Andrzej,  behaviour, temperament and rudeness personified a lack of respect. I will be complaining to head office. I have refused to give my money to them I would rather go to curry’s. Also the attitude of a burly tall woman: I think her name is Sue was very rude. She strolled with an enigma that wasn’t  matched by her professionalism. God knows how andrzej became the manager there.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, great to walk in and be greeted by someone, lady assisted me in my query, and while she was looking on Computer two other staff asked  if I needed assistance ! So helpful can't remember  the last time I walked in a shop and there was assistance  like that! Purchased two pair Habitat curtains, one size was sent from another branch for me, ready for me to collect within two days. Thank you

I went to Argos with my hoover it is under warranty and insurance, they refused to do it!!! Considering I pay for my insurance I was very disappointed by the level of service I received and will never be going back! The lady that serviced me handed me over to someone else and at that point my phone was on the right email and all of a sudden when the other lady looked at my phone the email disappears! Then she was Reallt rude to my partner so we asked to complain the manger was just as bad ‘EMMA’ I will never be going to crown wharf Argos again in fact any Argos, looking from the cxomments seems as the workers in this store are racists and so are the manger as they didn’t care they was giving bad service and continued to refuse to service us and help us with this matter never go there ever

Staff are clueless, the manager that came out was a waste of time, tried to return an item and was told no, are u mad! Only had it a week and didn't use it at all as it was damaged, threw the item in the store and left it there, definitely racist in that place.

Love shopping at this argos branch. Big parking space. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Never had any bad experience. Keep it up ARGOS!

The service was amazing here and very clear social distancing measures in place, was a bit of a faff trying to pick up my item though. However, this pedal cycle i bought for my daughter looks very good quality so far, pleasantly surprised!

Very rude staff been waiting ages to return item told a bunch of lies from them and there manager. They do as they please. Make the rules up asnthy please

every weekend i go the store for shopping and lady at the till name sue she is the best even i don’t need anything important still i go there to buy something and say hello to her Very nice staff
