HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First time using the laundrette service and the lady was most helpful. Used the washer and then the dryer for duvet and pillows and they came out lovely and clean. Machines do not take card payment but the laundrette have enough change to cover. Will definitely use this laundrette again.

Used the dry tumbler spend £20 and did multiple cycles just to have my clothes still wet at the end of it. Even though the temperature was at the highest the clothes came at wet and cold, usually once you take clothes out of a dryer they should be warm/hot as theyre being heated up in the dryer.
Very very satisfied with this laundrette as they are VERY CLEAN and very polite unlike others I have used in the past #All Season Laundrette, Walsall. The lady that was taking care of the place was very easy to talk to and I definitely do appreciate her help and small talk. If my washing machine breaks down again, I definitely know where to go, just make sure you have enough change as the machines take coins!
My partner, Yoke and me, Matt, have been using this laundrette since last August. Every time we have used it, we have found the staff to be most helpful. Ever since going there, we both have noticed the same two machines have been out of order since our first visit; one drying machine. and one washing machine. Luckily one drying machine, available to the public, was working, until the last two or three weeks when it too had a label stuck to it with the words "OUT OF ORDER"!!! We have been told by the staff behind the counter, that there is a dispute between the boss and the firm who services the machines. My question is..."How long will this be going on"? If this 'dispute continues, this very good service will LOSE CUSTOM!!! Do they want that?! The three stars is for the staff and their hard work keeping the place going with machines breaking down around their ears. If they seem grumpy to some who have visited the place before, there is a reason I believe. How can you do a good job completely when the machines you need do not get repaired? The task is simple....get them up and running again and more custom will come!!
If you want to have your washing washed by them it's get a good place, but if you want to do it yourself it isn't. There is only one washing machine working and no dryers working, they will take your wet clothes in the back and dry them but it isn't the same as drying them your self. It's been like this for some time now. It's about time the owner got them repaired.
Took my 2 pce suit to be dry cleaned and when i picked it up it had more creases in it than when i took it in. Took it back, no apology at all and made a pathetic excuse that it was the suit`s fault not theirs even though they then ironed it in front of me and done it perfectly ok. Keep well away from this very shoddy practise.
Mostly ok. However there is one machine that has been out of action for nearly a year and has not been fixed. Pretty unacceptable really and downright lazy. People come in to use and have to leave again...bad management and losing money.
My local, great service and costs. Very friendly..
Such lovely friendly ladies who do a fantastic job. They all work so hard.
