When I initially contacted this company I received excellent service and was told that I could buy a reconditioned stair lift at a good price and when the time came to have it removed, it would be bought back by the company. Unfortunately the latter was not true. When my parents had to go into a home I contacted the company and asked how much they would be prepared to give me as we no longer needed it, the answer was , nothing. When I explained what had been said to me by the person who sold it to me I was offered £50. Due to dealing with other family issues it was 2 months later when I finally got around to asking them to remove it, not mentioning tat I had phoned previously, I was not offered anything for the lift and almost laughed when they smuggly said " Oh and we will not charge for the removal ". The moral of my review is don't believe anyone who says that you will be able to sell ithe back to the company.
