Travis assessed my issues and needs to get the work done.The team of plumbers arrived on time to perform the work with both of them friendly and answered my questions. Major work was done in one day and I'm very thankful for that. The prices are very affordable with no gimmicks involved. I highly recommend them.
We have used Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc twice. The first time was an emergency with our water heater on a Saturday. It was repaired promptly and at a very good price. Today we called for our garbage disposal. Again, we received prompt and friendly service. I would recommend this company for all plumbing needs!
When we called the rep was professional and called us in the morning to confirm the service we needed and confirmed our appointment. We received updates though email. Our technician was professional and so nice. He made sure everything was installed perfectly! I would definitely recommend Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc to anyone looking for plumbing services.
We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night. I called and received a call back immediately. They were very professional. I was told the technician would call me first thing in the morning to give me an arrival time. Received a call at 8:00am and the technician arrived at 8:20. He was great, found and repaired the pipe as well as replacing our main shut off valve that was not fully functional in an hour and a half. The technician was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He didn’t even mind our corgi who was very interested in the repair. Cost was very reasonable. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc! Will be using their services for all future plumbing needs.
Jack and Travis were so friendly and quickly fixed our ac issue at a very reasonable price! So happy to not have to try and sleep after another 90 degree day without ac! We have used this company for multiple issues now, always on time and knowledgeable!
This is the fourth or fifth time I've used Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc, and I'm very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Andrei was helpful and professional, answered all of my questions, and finished the work quickly.
I called Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding Inc after hearing great things about them and seeing them out in the community. I needed an estimate on some renovations we wanted done to our master bathroom. The technicians came out again and were great at explaining everything and answered all my questions. I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done. My schedule was kind of difficult to work with but they were great at accommodating my schedule! I’m excited to see the end result of the bathroom and will update when it’s finished. Great work so far!
