Reception staff are very rude and do not listen to you. Numerous times I have tried to get repeat perscriptions but because it wasn't on the system even though been getting them every month they would not prescribe the medication. They told me to get an appointment with the doctor but every time I ring in the morning for one they say they have no appointments left and to try again in the morning. My main issue is the communication skills well lack off that the reception staff have!

Being with station surgery since we moved to leyland five years back. Great medical centre. Reliable and efficient staff, provides good medical care. Never failed to book an appointment when needed. Hope they will continue their service in leyland for many more years to come.

After being at out of hours Doctor and 6 days on antibiotics, I and my 3 y/o son went to see our GP, who is, probably, one of the best specialists I know. For some reasons, our GP was not available and I was accepted by different Practitioner. He listened to my problem, and then offered self-treatment, at same time telling my earache and massive inner pressure was caused by cleaning ears myself, not even asking how I do usually clean my ears or what, I tried to say, that "out of hour doctor" 6 days ago already told I had redness inside caused by infection. The Practitioner completely ignored what I tried to say, telling "if I do not want to listen to him" I always "can go and find another Doctor"! That was enough! I left, obviously, as despite my illness, I can not trust to this "doctor" to treat my young son. So very dismissive and downright rude to myself, with very poor communicative skills Dr. Khan will not be ever an option as an appropriate GP for my family.
