Turned up 30min late after pre-booking in the morning. Ended up missing an important appointment that we'd already given 20min leeway. Various excuses before turning up "they're already outside" - they weren't, "they're 2 minutes away" - they weren't. When they finally arrived they were speeding and driving dangerously on the way and nearly ran us over as we got out the car.  Would not recommend, especially as they're Bradford Council actual Taxis!

Booked 8 seater 5 days before no show then tried to make out we didn't book.

Warning! Do not use this company!. I booked a ride to the airport and they didn't turn up. A message to the company: if you're not coming don't take the booking. These people were unprofessional on the phone and in hindsight I should have seen this coming, as I had to keep correcting the address when on the phone booking and they made me book a mini bus even though I didn't need it. Thankfully they insisted on cash, so I didn't lose money - I just missed a flight instead. I am still angry, two weeks later.

I never knew my journey could me so relaxing and enjoyable until I used this Taxi company, trust me. Akeel made my day as he is very accommodating and sweet.

Booked a taxi from the airport and just as I landed he rang me and said we had ten minutes to go through customs, get our suitcases and walk to him before he drove off! Said he had been there an hour and had been calling me. How am I supposed to answer when I'm in the air?! He didn't check flight times and to top it off put the phone down on me and then rang my mum shouting at her as she booked it for me. Avoid Avoid Avoid, absolutely useless and really rude as well.

Great service , very polite and courteous drivers. Whilst visiting the UK we stayed in Bingley. We can’t recommend them highly enough , especially the driver Akeel.

Called for a taxi to be rudely told they were too busy to come and to use a different company. People wonder why Uber is decimating these terrible taxi firms.
