Robbed me and my sister blind last night...we got a taxi from steeton to bingley from our local company and was charged £10 ...... then ring your company coming home as you were local....charged us £17??????? I can get a taxi to the airport for cheaper..and probably a flight somewhere too.... driver probs thought we were pissed and cud charge what he liked which is disgusting....my other two friends also got your taxi ti thornton and was also extremely overcharged..coincidence?? Nope... np Facebook page either....probs to avoid everyone outing you for what you are, next time im in bingley I'll pre order myself a limo n driver....be cheaper than ringing u guys!!!!

Why can't there be zero star for reviews? Appalling service. Arranged for collection from Leeds/Bradford airport at 9:50am. They had our flight details. Touched down at 9:55am and called to check if they had remembered our booking and to check where we would meet the taxi. Woman said "we don't set off until you call us to say you've arrived and got your suitcases". (JOURNEY FROM BINGLEY TO LBA IS MINIMUM 25 mins) WHAT COMPANY HAS CLIENTS WAITING at their convenience!! We were not informed of their crazy process in advance. Then someone shouted within "we have a driver in the area don't worry". I didn't really believe him. We had our cases and we were outside by 10:05. By 10:30 still not arrived even though every taxi firm under the sun had driven past. One last phone call to tell them to not bother even though we knew by then ""surely"" the taxi driver was near and we decided to use the on site Arrow taxis. She informed us he had done a pickup to coincide with our journey. Not impressed. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Will never use again! How can you run a business when you lie, are unreliable and don't even care about your clients! There were absolutely no apologies! DO NOT USE

I had Guests over from wales in bingley , used your taxis , the car stunk of ciggs , Driver did not even say hi or even build a conversation , my mates from wales were disgusted , i used eldwick bingley and harden taxis , 1st thing my friend Alice said to driver what that nice smell , we even got to know the drivers age he built a conversation to the point we did not even realize that we were in Bradford , shame to say its Eldwick from now on ..........................................................
