James and his team provide the best service I have ever experienced at a garage and I’ve probably used over 20 different ones around the south east. They are friendly, professional and the prices are reasonable. I have a Mazda Bongo - a Japanese import which is pretty niche. Other garages have wrinkled their noses or refused to work on it but James took it in his stride and has been really helpful in solving a misfire problem which has been annoying me. Brilliant garage!

I have been using Station Garage for years.  James is very friendly and I always get an excellent service.  I always leave feeling I have had great value for money.  5 stars.

This garage literally saved our Easter holidays. We were on our way down to the coast for a short Easter break when I noticed a rather peculiar noise coming from the engine bay whilst on the A3 just before hindhead. Called the AA and they diagnosed that one of the belts was on its last legs and needed changing immediately or else it could cause quite some damage to the vehicle if left. 

They made a couple of calls and proceeded to take us to station garage which was only a five minute drive from where I had pulled over. The garage was packed with vehicles outside and inside all the ramps were in use, either this garage is the only garage for miles or their expertise and customer service are second to none (as was my experience). 

The AA man went into the garage and came out with a gent by the name of James who introduced himself as the garage manager. The AA man had advised James of our predicament and that we were on our way down to the coast for a short break (2 adults and 3 young children), and had obviously explained to James over the phone what the issue with the car was. I was overwhelmed with what happened next.......

Whilst we were being brought to the garage by the nice man from the AA, James had already sourced the necessary belt from the auto parts shop next door to the garage. Then began a game of musical cars and within 10 minutes our vehicle was on a ramp and being worked on. 

Within the space of about an hour, a cup of tea and some of the garages staffs biscuits to keep the children quiet, our car had a new belt fitted, we were given the keys back and on our way again to enjoy our break by the coast. 

James and his team went above and beyond for us when they didn’t have to, I remember James telling us that under the circumstances they couldn’t leave a young family stranded. This garage went above and beyond the call of duty and we are very greatful for their help along with the help of the AA man that took us to Station Garage. 

With the service that we received it’s not hard to see why this garage is so popular/busy, unless they are the only garage around for miles?

My 17 year old Ford Mondeo went in for it's MoT and I will be honest I was shaking - thought this might be the old girl's last hurrah. Nope, skillful and inexpensive welding job, done on the spot while I waited. Friendly service, expert advice, and nice clean waiting area, they literally couldn't have been more helpful. Recommended 100% by this very happy customer.
