Brand new boiler fitted 3 years ago by Starrant Ltd in to a new build Bovis property - now has a problem, despite being only 3 years old, and they are flat out refusing to look at it as it is "out of warranty", with no regard to what this means for their reputation - for what is essentially a boiler that has been regularly serviced for every one of its three years. Less than impressive.

Appointments for visits are only available 9am-5pm Mon-Fri plus availability is always 2-3weeks in advance for a leaking boiler
