TLDR: Avoid them. They are highly unprofessional and borderline scam. Needed a repavement job for the parking lot of my vape shop. Someone referred me Gold Pavings. Called them once and got a quick estimate. Called me back and increased the estimate by a grand. Although they were still cheaper, I still went with them and we scheduled for a date. The guy didn't show up. I called him back and he said next week and yet he still didn't show up. This company is a joke. He kept pushing me back and I wasted 3 weeks waiting for him. They will avoid your phone calls and not keep their promises on getting the job done. The people who rated 1 star below shared similar experiences with me. Just avoid and take your business elsewhere!
We used Gold Paving to pave our parking lot at our childcare centre through a recommendation. Our experience with this company was great from start to finish. Being a childcare centre, we could not have any construction done on the premises during our business hours. They were able to accommodate us by completing the work within our very tight time frame. They did an awesome job and the kids love drawing on the asphalt with chalk! Overall, they were very professional and accommodating.
These company is a scam, they charged me $2200 to do my backyard, kept me waiting for 2-3weeks, used less asphalt and did a very lousy job. In 3months the asphalt started sinking in cracking from the feather edge and getting soft with heat. Phoned Raj and he promised to fix it and after 3weeks of waiting he started avoiding me and told me to keep waiting. Giving them a last chance to fix it or else i will be taking them to the court.
We had our driveway and roundabout done last summer. They did a terrible job and when we tried to contact them it was a nightmare. After they hung up on us several times, they finally showed up to try and repair the job. Did an even worse job than the first time. Now our driveway is full of patches, cracks, and just looks awful--so awful in fact that we are going to have to have it redone when we save up the $7000 that we spent! Please avoid this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PAVING. I have some issues with their paving job and they just stall and make you wait. I’m so frustrated with their service. I told them about the issues and they say “text me the problem” I’ve been texting them for five months. And when they said they’d come, it’s a NO SHOW. i think I gave them one too many stars.
Called them for a small paving job. Came and gave me an estimate when came for doing the job they never showed up. Kept on calling them they kept saying they will come tomorrow but guess what, tomorrow never came. Kept calling them and they stopped answering my calls. If you want the stress and the run around then be my guest call them. They will not let you down in that aspect. Worst experience with this one.
Asked them to do a repair job for our rental property's driveway. After a week of waiting for him to schedule the job, the owner decided the job was too small for them. Put us back a week.
Great experience with this company from the time i received an estimate to the time the project was done. Will definitely recommend Gold Paving to all my friends and family in the future. Thanks again!
