Bought a kitchen a while ago and have to say it's brilliant! Very good price for something that looks outstanding. I changed my mind a few times about colours and the layout and the staff were very patient with me! It was well fitted and I am very pleased. I would thoroughly recommend this store....
Very Pleased... Very pleased with our recently fitted kitchen The fitting was excellent, on time and punctual. They were very efficient and worked hard. Few issues with planning which the fitter resolved with no effect to outlay. I would recommend Starplan
Absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. Ignored at first by both sales staff, then when I sought them out to discuss a purchase, was spoken to with contempt. Of the three customers in the store I was the only one there actively wanting to buy anything.. I will never cross the door of this or any starplan ever again for anything. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere your custom is appreciated.
Useless. Wanted a new kitchen designed around an extension on the house. The younger man that works there was supposed to contact us back with some designs after we have him our measurements. He never contacted us back, even after we phoned back two times. We eventually spent our money elsewhere. Maybe they don't need the money?
Can not give you more than one hour's notice for a fitting bedroom. When they do they are late. In every other way a great service. I would be reluctant to use starplan for future projects
At first staff are friendly... rush to help.... listen well.... but never actually contact you back with plans, prices etc. After ringing twice I give up.. will purchase elsewhere.
Literally just had to report to trading standards. 5 year warranty voided cause we missed them one day and they never tried to get back in touch.
Very unhelpful, wouldn't give any help or answer any questions on the kitchen we were looking at. We will definitely be shopping elsewhere
Staff are very professional and friendly they listen to you I also have to give a shout out to Andrew the sales man he was very professional and friendly thanks
