I don’t like leaving bad reviews. This is the first 1 star I give ever and I wish I can select 0 stars for this location. The lady making the coffee skipped my order by like four or five orders… she made me wait over 10min when I was in front of all those other orders. My Uber had arrived and I had to leave without a drink, even though I ordered it with plenty of time in advance. Coffee is Starbucks coffee… no nothing special to mention in that matter! Definitely last visit I pay to this location.
As usual the Starbucks Cafe area located within Sainsburys Beaconsfield, was in a state ! To say the least. Tabletops not cleared , dirty and food bits everywhere too. No sign of anyone making a effort to clear or clean all either. Even though there seems to be lots of staff behind serving counter ? Then the service is always bad too! I often get opposite of what I asked for , unless I repeat myself several times at least ! But it’s lack of concentration by female staff mostly , as they prefer to carry on with their lurid and detailed conversations of what they did the night before ! So it’s all really a bad experience attending this cafe at any time. But if it’s a relative of someone they serve who they know, has same foul mouthed disposition as them , then they seem to get better service. Zero points on all fronts for this dirty , bad staff attitude Starbucks cafe !!
Just visited and came across a guy struggling to order. - English was clearly his second language and yet the cashier seemed uninterested and annoyed by him. After trying to express what he wanted she told him to read the writing on the sign - cantankerous much. I helped by merely communicating what he wanted and instead of saying cheers the woman gave me a deathly stare and I'm sure called me noisy. Ha! What a shame. Child. Hospitality isn't hospitable here. Coffee was good so thank you at least for that! But clearly someone needs to change professions as early mornings aren't her thing.
Bought coffee at 7.30. Staff already closed off all the chairs. Fought my way to sugar etc. either you’re open or you’re not . Make up your mind

STAFF RUDE CONSISTENTLY..I’m not sure what is going on here at Starbucks, but the turnover of good staff is a shame. The long term staff have lost there way and truly do not understand the level of customer service that is expected from the Starbucks brand. I have been coming to this branch since day one many many years ago. Due to the service from this store I now never enter any Starbucks store worldwide, and I have been going to Starbucks since 1971 in Seattle, that’s how bad the treatment was in Beaconsfield Sainsburys. After reading other reviews I can now see this branch is consistently rude and unfriendly not to mention unprofessional. SHAME ON YOU....Great work Starbucks
After a long journey home thought will get a coffee. Was greeted by saj the most enthusiastic person to ever work at Starbucks. Followed by Tristan who couldn’t be more helpful. Starbucks are so lucky to have both !!!!
