Well I noticed the Costa Cafe at Beaconsfield new town was open today , so thought I’d check in to see on any improvements! Well it’s was a lot tidier, and cleaner too. The old staff had been replaced I noticed with a new international crew ! They were trying hard , but need to brush up on English language a bit , but very attentive and willing. So I’d say great improvement at moment. Hygiene needs attention but hopefully soon ! Ok not bad !
Proper dirty in store at Beaconsfield Costa. Dirty floor hasn’t been cleaned in ages, dirty tables, seat coverings need a clean. Seeing as everything is icky and sticky, not gonna venture to the loos, I’ll hold thanks!
Very disappointed with the 2 Tuna Panini at this place. It was just a warm-up Tuna sandwich. There were no napkins when we asked the staff, we were given blue cleaning paper. Also very expensive for what you get.Why are they not toasted paninis anymore? Warm-up sandwiches are just disgusting. Please bring back the toasties.Food: 1/5
Rather let down for a Costa, lattes were the colour of milk. They asked us to take a seat and they would bring them when made. They didn't take long but the coffees were cold when they arrived. Plenty of good independent places in Beaconsfield.
This is a nice coffee shop. The food here was tasty and it has a nice feel. I would come back here.
Team of people inside refusing to open the store to waiting customers even though it’s after opening time. Saying they’re not opening. What’s going on!
Staff do their best but so much better at the other local places, just don’t bother with a costa unless at a petrol station etc.
Aesthetically nice store compared to many Costa, but the tables are dirty and not cleared, no mobile ordering available and the plastic screens are still up from COVID lockdowns are now filthy and cobwebs along the top.
The staff were really lovely but first the coffee machine broke so they couldn't serve hot drinks and then the croissant I was given was like cardboard and must have been at least 2 days old. A lot of the tables were ready to be cleared and included a lot of left over croissants.
8 minutes from order to make my take away coffee with only 2 other orders in front of me. The staff are out of control clueless. Missed my train!
