Staff are friendly and pretty quick at peak times. This is one of the smaller Starbucks outlets but has a nice vibe, good for solo laptop workers, studying, couples and of course order and take out., though there is no pushyness from staff to leave, we were not rushed in the slightest. Tables and soft seating a nice touch, they were clean and wc's clean too.
Been today, guy who was working the drive through probably has the best energy of anybody I’ve ever met he really does make going through a drive through fun, the dogs loved their pup cup so THANK YOU ps. The pretzel hot chocolate made with Soya milk is dreadful
Disappointing - 2hrs before closing and chairs are on the tables around us, floors being mopped around us, barely any cakes available and some of the menu unavailable because the machines have been cleaned. Just makes you feel unwelcome and awkward being there. May as well close at 8pm if they dont want customers to feel welcome. The staff were pleasant and the coffee was decent as always
One of the best curries I have had. I go there a lot and never been disappointed. Staff are really nice and helpful. A little gem in the area. Not over priced either. I highly recommend it.
The worst outlet! Ordered a latte, asked for a receipt and was told no till roll in machine. This was annoying but accepted. Latte arrives, requested white sugar. I was advised to take brown instead, when I refused I’m told to walk over to the petrol station and pick up the white sugar sachets!. Unbelievable!!!!. When i challenged this I’m told delivery not arrived, the same delivery that also was supposed to deliver the till rolls!. They must think we are stupid! They place was once a nice welcoming place, now it’s full of rude/ignorant and staff that do not know what customer service is! Avoid!

Good food, better drinks. Slightly more pricey than most coffee shops, you pay for the brand and the 'better quality' coffee. Shame they're getting rid of the nut blend milk not ethically resourced?Food: 4/5
Amaze me how other branch prices matches with rest of other Starbucks in Manchester except this one Even Airport Starbucks is Cheaper Then This Branch . Service is rubbish . They charge you 10p for the paper cup .
Awful Awful Awful .the most terrible Starbucks ever. There's no management at all ! Considering the place was not very busy at the time we ordered.this place needs a good manager to sort things out .
By far the best Starbucks in Greater Manchester, because the staff are amazing -really friendly and polite, especially the brunette with glasses I can't remember her name!! Begins with K Food: 5/5
