Great place opens earlier than the other coffee shops in Epsom . Love the coffees and food . Very friendly staff too
Fantastic. Ordered drink for collection, hot and ready when arrived and greeted by name.
The small place at the corner of the Ashley centre. Nice staff. Social distancing is spot on.
Good visit to a nice Starbucks. This branch has two entrances - a main one from outside with a step, and a second from within the Ashley Centre that is level access. Staff were courteous and efficient and there is additional seating upstairs.
Starbucks used to be my jam and I loved the coffee and experience, however Costa has more to offer now with their lunchtime menu deal
Great Customer service, great coffee as always
Anyway, I just don't like the customer service here. It overall makes for a day that should have been pleasant and relaxing a very annoying one. Now I'm having to take additional time out of my work day to find a DIFFERENT starbucks to go to because its hot and disgusting in here.
Americano so hot I've burnt my mouth. 30 mins later still burning my mouth. Did you nuke it?
