The staff are always very polite and serving with a smile! Makes the best hot chocolate in town x
Very good coffee, but I was disappointed to get a disposable plastic spoon and sweetened spray cream with my mince pie. Please, Starbucks, ditch the disposables! Also, it would be good if they stopped evading tax. I hardly ever go in here because of this. Costa are much more ethical.
The staff here are great and are personable. Actively encouraged to participate in the "eat in to help out". Starbucks is my choice for coffees whilst in Llandudno. Very quick to make my drinks. All good.
Nice environment with great variety of drinks and food. As with all Starbucks, prices are a little high!

I used this Starbucks whilst on holiday and found the staff friendly and helpful, I had a cappuccino which was enjoyable will be going back again when on holiday in the area.

The lady on the till was incredibly rude, during a stressful time you do not need to be shouted at as you haven't moved to the marker immediately. I will move when I deem safe not when shouted at. 2 stars not 1 as the lady who made the coffee was lovely
