Give this one a swerve. Nice location but Customer service poor.. no atmosphere. Not told they only had paper cups until paid and drinks arrived. The usual excuse of the dishwasher not working. Still same price for paper cup not goodService: 1/5
Great Location right next to the Gym! Clean new cafe shop, but barristers need to improved skills as coffee does not taste like it should do. Was a bit disappointed with my drink.

Very quiet location, even though a lot of traffic outside, only 2x members of staff working, and took a while to be served, even though there were no other orders being made. Decent quality drinks, but the £3 cake pops are drastically overpriced for a single bite of mass-produced "cake"...Food: 3/5
Visited today, first time. We bought 4 x teas and 2 x toasties. No one told us about the offer of latte and free toasties. Lady at the counter made our teas, left them sitting there whilst she helped someone on drive through, wouldn't mind but the customer came after us. Left us waiting until another member if staff signalled to the lady, as we were waiting. Not great.

Ordered a drink to sit in. Took ages for the drink to be made. I must have been stood for atleast 10 minutes waiting for my drink, no apology whatsoever. Tables hadn't even been cleaned. Food on seats, cups, wrappers everywhere. Very poor.Food: 3/5
So many complaints. First they pronounced my name incorrectly, then they gave me the wrong order and didn’t admit their mistake. I will not be returning here or any other Starbucks and I don’t recommended it to anyone. It seems like they are on the wrong side of making coffee!!!Food: 1/5
I’m a really fussy coffee drinker and today I had the one of the best coffees of my life. Staff were wonderful and it was nice and warm inside unlike other Starbucks I have visited which seem to have air con on all year round. quick, friendly service. Would definitely recommend :
Absolutely freezing when it's 20 degrees outside. My friend's lips turned blue! Asked twice for the air conditioning to be adapted but there was no change. Worse than the freezer section at the supermarket. Won't be returning.
