Starbucks as you would expect, although it does get very busy the service is as quick as possible and the staff are already friendly. This is a good pitstop in town for coffee which is always perfect. It has easy access for disabled users and parents with pushchairs and the toilets are downstairs, it is just a shame there is no access to more setting upstairs. The tables are cleared quickly unlike some other places in town.

I love Starbucks and will always stop at one when I can. But twice this week in Truro I have found it not it's normal standard. 1st visit got my order wrong second visit heard a male member staff making a rude and not justify comment about a customer in front of her!! It's seems to be a whole new team here as they don't t seem to know what they are doing,causing long waiting times. I think I will bypass Truro and head to the Fraddon one where it's always a 100%

Always dirty and disorganised. Staff chatting about their friend's hair instead of cleaning and clearing tables. Had to wait until they finished their talk to be served. Poor selection of coffee compared to other branches. Staff had to ask around to know what blend they were currently doing. Had to ask for a plate for my food. Americano was watery and flavourless. Staff were friendly but I won't be returning. Yes I'm a city girl but this is still Starbucks and you expect a certain standard in any branch.

I love Starbucks and class myself as a loyal customer. Over the last few months I have been in there nearly every morning for my breakfast between 7 and 7.30. Which is norm fruit toast and cappuccino. I have however noticed something different in the last week or so. The staff are not as friendly as they used to be and also every time I go in there now they haven’t got fruit toast or they say the toaster isn’t hot enoughth. This has happened on a number of occasions the last 2 weeks. I have now resorted to Costa across the road. in Truro To summarise The last.2 weeks things have changed and it does not feel as welcoming. The lady that normally serves me hasent been there for a couple of weeks. She calls everyone Hun but very friendly. Always inviting and nice to walk in the door. I would love to come back to Starbucks but that store needs shaking up a bit Sorry about the bad review but I’m a honest person.

Great coffee and friendly staff, except when they gave me a caramel latte instead of a chai latte and i asked for it to be changed they kept insisting it was actually a chai latte (it wasnt) and begrudgingly changed it for me
