hi. have tried to make a complaint on Web site. whilst the service & food were excellent. I found that the experience left me troubled. whilst there 2 senior members of staff were talking to a younger member of staff. even when the poor girl was total distraught they both carried on berating her. ever since then I have wished I had said something or just given her a hug. this is not what you expect when you are tiling time out from. being a carer. yours very disappointed Mrs l Russell.

If I wanted a take away coffee I'd ask for one!! Everyone Inc me in the place was given our drinks in takeaway containers. With no explanation. Still charged eat-in prices though of course. I rarely complain about places but I had to this time. The place was dirty and messy. The toilet facilities were grubby with no soap or paper towels (both empty) this was all in the baby change room (baby table was disgustingly dirty) so all in all I won't be getting anything there again. I haven't tried the one in the main walk way downstairs maybe it'll be better. On the plus side the cappuccino was nice.😮

It's a Starbucks coffee shop not the best I've even been to slower than most plus staff surly 🤔

Ordered 2 drinks with Soy milk due to lactose intolerance. Was later told that they didn't have any Soy milk but we could instead have almond milk which we accepted. Later found out that they charged us 40p extra per drink and never told us!
