It was a really nice experience, there’s a bar where you can sit while waiting for your table availability. The environment low light and good music atmosphere is perfect for couples on a date. Staffs were super friendly and professional. I love it all.
It was our anniversary so we looked for a restaurant that would offer food that surprises our taste buds. The official photos of the food from this restaurant are very attractive and so are the descriptions and the general comments and so we went there with great expectations. The restaurant is actually much smaller than what you perceive in the wide angle photo and so the tables are indeed quite packed. It was a Friday evening. As the restaurant was very busy a lady kept giggling at the top of her voice and coughing at the table at my back! and the music quite loud, I didn’t feel too relaxed. Because one of us don’t eat fish, we didn’t go for omakase but instead tried most of the other dishes on the menu. The tacos were good and so were the signature dishes, but the other mains like baby chicken, risotto, ribeye steak and lamb cutlets were not impressive given the price. There was a sour taste that ran through many dishes, which was rather refreshing when I first tasted that from the yellowtail tuna, but a bit too much when it came up again in the avocado tarco and the risotto. The service was friendly but the overall experience was just short of a full 5 star.
Very exciting menu. Top class venue, service. Sommelier on hand, plenty of staff. Tapas dishes came out quickly and were cleared. We mixed Japanese and Mexican dishes. Even had cider!! Tables busy. Habenero sauce too hot for us! Vegetarian options: Available. Aubergine was creamy. Cauliflower.
Fantastic place to eat. The food and service were excellent. Had 7 dishes between 2 people which was definitely enough food. The quality of the food was incredible.
We have a birthday dinner here. We ordered the omakase which has 6 courses! I personally love their starter especially the salmon tartare and beef thing. And the staff are really friendly and attentive. Their service definitely worth more than 5 stars. Everything is great except the baby chicken and the cod fish is a bit salty for me.
Been here a few times whilst staying at the Radisson, the selection of dishes is great. I tend to order different plates from the Mexican menu, Japanese menu and the seafood plates. Really can't be missed, the atmosphere is great and they always have lively music. I would recommend the ribs for sure and the fish tacos. The lemon Chicken is also very nice but sometimes they serve it on a mini hibatchi.
My partner and I came to Manchester for the night to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time dining here! We managed to have a drink at the bar before our reservation and the bartenders were very friendly, they made our drinks really quickly too! When it was time for our food we were served by the lovely Antonios who made us feel relaxed and welcome from the get-go and checked in on us throughout the night. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and even got us a dessert plate to share for our anniversary. I think he really made the experience perfect for us! We're both vegan and struggle to find nice places to go to for celebrations but we were spoilt for choice here, we had a great selection of small plates to share and were blown away with each one. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to all our friends and family when they find themselves in Manchester : Dietary restrictions: Vegan
Excellent service. Food? Though that varies among different guests with different background, I found in general the fusion Japanese dishes are way too salty, especially the Snow Crab. I told them our feeling and they were kind enough to waive our drink order of a juice, a green tea and the mineral water. I didn't expect it. Among the dishes we ordered, gyoza was the best but unfortunately that's the only one we like that evening. Would like to see improvement the next time we come. Thank you, Pazour ?, for your kind attention.
Wonderful Valentines menu, Francesco went out of his way to make our evening extra special. The menu was quality and the Nyetimber Rosé champagne delightful. A must visit if you’re ever on Peter StreetRecommended dishesYellowtail Sashimi, Beef Tataki with Truffle, Crispy Duck and Pomegranate Ensalada with Papaya Chilli Dressing, Tiger Prawn Tempura
Came for a birthday and it was a pleasant surprise! Almost every dish was exceptional. The small plate portions are hardly enough food. Make sure to order more from the large mains.
