First time I've used it and it's a very modern Starbucks with a drive through. I had to go back because they forgot to put the milk in and were really good. They made a fresh one no problems and gave me a voucher for a free cup next time I'm passing 😀☕

Absolutely Loved It. Although, after 40 miles of the A50 (a road with no view) with 2 bickering children, maybe my opinion should be taken with a pinch of salt.

I opted for the drive-through service and, whilst I did bark my order at the menu board for a while before I move to the order point, it was an efficient service.

This particular Starbucks serves coffee - much like all the other Outlets. I can't think of any unique feature that differentiates this starbucks from the others.

In summary - a shining beacon of hope on a dreary road into Stoke - great if you want to break up your journey with some drinkable coffee or just to give yourself more 'shouting fuel' for the remainder of your journey.

So, my partner and I just dropped in for a coffee on our way back to Leicestershire- at the Uttoxeter Euro garage services. I myself  have been a supervisor for a Starbucks for 2 years now and am appalled at the service I received. The female toilets had a caution wet floor sign outside the door and in entering there a dirty mop bucket was taking up the room so I used the disabled which is all well and good except there was no toilet paper - I advised the young guy LIAM on counter who didn't even give me an apology except to say that the sign had been put out In front of the ladies. ALSO as we are now down the motorway and my partner is drinking what he ordered as an OAT MILK latte  its just a regular milk latte.
 (luckily he doesn't have an intolerance) No sleeve was given for the hot cup. 
As a proud representative of the Starbucks brand I am embarrassed and ashamed of the service I received.

Very poor service, not enough staff serving. Made to wait over 20 mins for a small filter coffee as the girl making the drinks kept leaving to serve at the drive through. All the people in the que with me were complaining. Another staff member looked to be on a break but just sat there with the customers. Never been to a a Starbucks this bad before

I'm normally a Costa customer,  but I can honestly say a double shot Kenyan medium roast cappuccino I had at Starbucks today was the best coffee I've had in years. The building is good & the staff attentive.
