Absolutely shocking experience today! Booked in for a test drive yesterday, rang this morning to confirm we were on the way (an hours drive) When we arrived we were told 'oh sorry it's out on a test drive, it will be back any second' We waited for half an hour (with our 1 year old) only to be told 'sorry we have no idea where they've gone and we don't know how long they will be' We agreed to give it another 10 minutes to see if 'they' would return. Still no sign of the vehicle. We then decided to leave. Salesman apologised and said he would contact us if the vehicle returned 'any time soon' Approximately 2 minutes after leaving the garage the vehicle passed us. The salesman however, did not call us, and hasn't contacted us at all since. Very unprofessional, something obviously very weird going on.. We did however find an excellent, reputable dealer, and purchased from them instead. Don't waste your time going here!

Everything from the initial call to enquire about a vehicle, through viewing and test driving, to picking it up couldn’t have been better. Extremely friendly sales person, fantastic new coffee machine and even a bunch of flowers to go with the car. Joking aside, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you

My car decided to die on me and I just managed to get it to the garage. The greeting I got off the staff was great, very helpful. I rented a Peugeot 2008 at a good price then picked my car up after work two days later. Can't fault my experience. This is how to look after customers. Many thanks
