Two flat whites, both terrible, and to top things off “oh we don’t take cash”. Won’t be going back.
Ordered a drink today with no ice and received a half full cup considering it cost nearly £6 I was rather disappointed as this is absolute daylight robbery- atleast it tasted nice
If I could score zero I would. To the patronisingly unmotivated member of staff who I believe might identify as a manager which makes this feedback even more amusing.nnI suggest potentially reevaluating your attitude before walking into your place of work. Or alternatively potentially a career choice if serving drinks makes you that unhappy at 07:00.nnEspecially when in a customer service role after taking the money for a drink you turn out you can then not provide?nnAlso, don’t act surprised and hard done by when you receive a response as sharp as the one that you gave.nnTraining all round required.
Whilst I am not a huge fan of chain coffee shops. I am a huge fan of great customer service. And the guys here really excel! They, in particular Ezrae, Josh & Kyle, make each and every visit an enjoyable one. Making great conversation and ensuring I have everything I need to do some work for an hour or two. Not just those guys, but each member of staff goes out of their way to smile, be polite and deliver a great service. I choose to come here out of a potential 4 other coffee shops that are within a stones throw of each other. And it is all because of the service! Keep it up team - AJ
I had a meeting with the manager. She made me wait for 15 minutes and she didn’t show up and asked me to put it for another time! Very disrespectful behaviour and awful management for this branch!
