Lots of staff but told to waiting to be served at the counter whilst two staff did drive through, one made drinks & another polished cutlery? I don't expect any special service, but seemed weird?nInside is very modern & fairly clean mainly floor not clean with several tables left uncleared whilst I was there even though the place was not busy.nOverall anyway experience for my first visit to thus Costa, which is below par in customer service & cleaning compaired to the other three Costa's in Cheltenham.
I only used the drive through so I'm not sure about the atmosphere. But staff were excellent and it was very quick to get served.nnThe egg, spinach and mushroom roll is nice for a meat free option.nnI usually have a latte but the white chocolate mocha is very nice but probably not good for my weight.
This Costa is so spacious and has a lovely vibe! The staff is very patient and helpful. Great service, food and ambience. The place has plenty of parking space. It has outdoor seating as well. The store offers drive thru service too.nA very refreshing beginning of the day ahead on Easter Sunday.
Updated: August 2023: ordered a large dry cappuccino and it came out like a weak white americano with large milk bubbles on the top rather than a smooth micro-foam.nnCosta still is a high volume coffee outlet so is best visited during busy times because of the bulk grinder machines they have. I went first thing in the morning and yes the coffee grounds tasted like they had lost all aroma like having the last remnants of a coffee bag at home a week after it was opened.nnReasonable Costa sit in/drive through next to BMW Cotswold… brand new Aug 2021. Excellent hygiene, new barista crew but ok coffee experience.
An other lovely Costa, at time of my visit 2 young ladies where working in early morning, been welcomed and severed nice cappuccino, this place must be newly opened or refinished as it’s magnificent, local resident are so lucky
