Paula is always so friendly every-time we come in! So chatty and genuinely loves her job. She also makes an amazing coffee everytime
5 star for Paula ONLY! she needs to train everyone in oat shaken espressos!nnI have had so many bad coffees from Hillington that I actually stopped going. I went again today, and Paula was amazing, the OSE was made perfectly and she was just lovely!
This place is dirty, especially the highchairs and I had to ask for cleaning stuff to make it suitable for my grandson. The floors and tables were also unclean. The staff were slow to serve and they forgot to heat the food we had purchased. The place looks run down and a lot of the furniture needs replacing. Overall, really poor.
Nice guys! Amazing atmosphere
We go to Starbucks at Hillington quite a lot and Paula who works there has always got a smile and friendly chat ..she is such a lovely person she is definitely an asset ..keep up the good work Paula the five go to you
