- Very slow service. There was 6 people on shift but there seemed to be no coordination between them. They all kept bumping into each other and there was no clear flow like in most other Starbucks locations. It took 20 mins for 2 drinks despite minimal queue. Drinks arrived so much later my food was cold and when I asked for it be reheated I was met with an attitude.n- Cleanliness was a problem. The cleanliness both around their coffee machine areas and in the seating area were subpar. There was spilled liquids everywhere. Opened milk cartons lying out with no rhyme or reason and generally no space. It was quite disgusting. The seating area was also very messy and unclear why. There were coffee beans all over the floor.n- Staff were not pleasant and did not know how to provide service.nnFor reference, I’m a regular Starbucks visitor having easily been to over 100 locations and this is up there in the worst.
Had to walk out and retrieve my car from the snow. Got me and step daughter fudge hot chocolates to get home to weak flavored hot chocolates with no cream or sprinkles. So dissapoointed and felt a bit ripped off. Since 3 drinks and a cake pop is now over 16 pounds
I am alone on this. I don't like Starbucks . Overlay priced. Just heard that a gratuity id being included in price. Not sure if correct? I dislike the mandatory tip thing. Yup I always tip but don't slap it on my bill .
This drive thru has to ve the worst, every single time you wait for 25+minutes, no such thing as a quick trip here. Always plenty of staff but still so slow, sunday morning 25 mins to get a cup of coffee... save yourself the hassle and park at the centre and go into that one.
Went in at about 11:37am today Monday 8th and ordered with Amy straight away. 1 Latte and 2 Frappes. The coffee was with us within 1 min but we had to wait till 11:47 for the frappes which yes 10 minutes doesn’t sound too bad expect for the fact that there was only two orders on order and no drive through.nnAmy was bossing it having served myself and the the next customer, was dealing with hot foods which the couple behind ordered Toasties, toast, panini etc she then went onto make my two frappesnnNow the issue with the 10 minutes is the other three girls that were on. They were clearly assigned to drive through and ONLY drive through because for our entire time waiting they were leaning in the counter at the window chatting about what shop they prefer for clothes at the centre rather than jumping on and helping. I appreciate that 10 mins isn’t long to wait but the 9 min gap between the hot and cold drink is especially coupled with seeing three members of staff lying on a counter which becomes frustrating.nnThis isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with staff in this store not jumping in and helping each other and instead just standing chatting. Management need to get Michelle in more as she is the role model from what I’ve seen and gets everyone moving and is constantly jumping about to keep service going. The young ones need to take a leaf out of her book.
