This is local to one of my friends and as I now live in France I couldn't wait to visit as we don't have many Indian restaurants where I live. Meet a couple of friends here and we ordered various dishes to share. The onion bhajis pictured were the best I've had for a long time thank you. We had a great evening. The service is impeccable and will definitely return.
A very nice Induan restaurant, amicable service despite there being a big group event. Delicious tandoori mixed grill and excellent butter chicken. Quality chutneys. A nice relaxing atmosphere, a 9/10, will definitely revisit Vegetarian options: Lots of choice
Best curry house I've ever been too staff is so friendly the owner is a lovely guy me and my partner know the family they are truly amazing brilliant food worth the money I would highly recommend
This restaurant used to be really good. What happened? Change of ownership? Complacency? Whatever the reason this place is a mere shadow of what it once was. It's well known most curry dishes are formed of the same base sauce recipe however all dishes tasted the same?! Chicken was of the cheap and processed variety and staff were quite rude, clearing plates etc whilst many of the party were still eating! Consider this Star all but burned out.
We ate in the restaurant on a Saturday evening and were really disappointed. The drinks and food order were taken quickly, and drinks and starters arrived after an acceptable period. However, after an hour we had to ask where our main courses were. Suspiciously, they suddenly appeared but weren't hot, suggesting they'd been left under the heat lamps and forgotten. The head waiter tried to make amends by bringing us an additional free main, but as we had all ordered what we wanted, the gesture fell a bit flat. The food was okay, but not outstanding, the atmosphere in the restaurant seemed a bit chaotic and the service was appalling.
Bloody awful, so noisy but always has been, dont go for a quite meal. Used to be so good but they must have changed owners. They must of changed again, because of the reviews. I would never go again. But don't let it put it of.
Worst curry house ever!! We are in once and food came in drips and drabs, and now ordered a takeaway at 6.30 pm it's now 8.30pm and still no food has arrived!! You ring them and all you get is 10-15 minutes and they argue with you. Stay well clear
Been going to this restaurant for a while now. This is the best curry in the area. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is lovely with very good selection. You can even ask for your main meal to be changed slightly when ordering to make it even hotter it mild, or medium. This place has a good vibe and will not go anywhere else now. The best curry around.
Good service. Slightly slow on food but it was a very busy evening. Very good experience overall
