Ordered tonight like we have in the past. We always order about £40 worth of stuff but they always get our order wrong. The main thing they do is forget my hubby’s garlic Nan what we pay extra for so he can have it with his kebab. I’ve started writing on the bottom of order form in requests not to forget my garlic Nan bread. But yet again he’s not got garlic Nan with his kebab. We all love the food from star but just getting fed up of the mistakes all the time or missing items off the order. We stopped ringing and telling them as I just get told they extremely busy or have to wait ages for the missed items and then everyone’s already eaten their food. It would just be nice to get an order what we actually ordered and paid for .

asked for no mushrooms on pizza and received them more than anything else on the pizza. other pizza which was a Mexican pizza had FOUR missing toppings. appalling won’t be using again.
We have ordered a number of times from stars. Although delivery is slow average around 70 mins. Its well worth the wait. We have tried there kebabs, pizza and burgers and they always arrive hot and very tasty. Would highly recommend.
1st time I’ve used this place I’m a lorry driver and they delivered it to my location it arrived super quick and absolutely red hot and food was very good and very well priced will definitely use them again when I’m in the area
Ordered a mixed lamb and chicken kebab alongside a 9inch pepperoni pizza.ordered to take away Both items were very delicious and went down a treat. Staff were very professional and friendly, in equal measures. My young daughter fell over as she was racing around and one of the polite staff members cheered her up and I was very thankful for this. Would highly recommend!
Placed an order wrong food came rang and spoke to the manager who said on your next order we will supply extra chicken that you ordered so on next order I did this but couldn’t order online but was told by lady answering phone to carry on as normal and add address which I did after 1 1/2 hours good didn’t arrive I rang and was told the delivery had been twice which we know was not right as we have cctv and nobody came here, Phoned again and got nothing but abuse from person spoke too, Told order be 3 mins, the delivery driver turned up in 5 mins pulled straight on my drive and rang door bell and offered my money back or cold food, then blamed miscommunication in the shop, Just to sum up we had spent a lot of money with this shop and to be treated this way we shall not recommend any further.
Pre ordered for it not to be ready and when it was a man put on top of the chicken heater an left it there then a girl came out and handed us the order why the rude man didn't give it us I don't know and then when we got home it was all cold not fresh chips was hard and also a piece of order missing aswell we rang them to bring it out twice this has happened after a 45 minute wait for the missing order the meal it was stone cold not fresh at all standards are slipping very fast the food only fresh once I'm so many times bit disappointing when you pay decent money for a cold order with missing pieces. All not fresh at all
How can one takeaway create four mistakes? No spicy beef on my pizza, no chilli base on my pizza. Both pizzas stone cold. An hour and a half delivery when they said 45 minutes. Ridiculous. The only decent think about the whole experience was the fact the delivery driver was polite.
Great food quick friendly service, been coming here for years, never been let down
