It would be nice for their driver in taxi 017 not to get lost picking someone up in a closed residence thinking it's acceptable to be beeping there horn at 00:45 on 27/11/19. Regardless of whatever answer you give there's laws on when you can legally use your horn with a motor vehicle and 00:45 isn't one of them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
I'll start with no stars for starcars in a rating for their punctuality!! But unfortunately in order to post this on here, I have to put a star rating on. Trust me I wouldn't of if I didn't have to. 29th May....x6 of our party were stranded at Manchester airport, no phone call, no message, no apology. We paid in full, which was a big error on our part, but trusting the taxi company we paid in full when we were dropped off at the start of our trip. The minibus was dirty, it smelled awful like wet dogs, animal fur on the seating, absolutely gross. We were supposed to be picked up at 2am in the morning of our return journey. At 2.30am we rang to ask where the taxi was and was told that he'd set off at 2am. So no phonecall to warn us of the lateness and no apology. But were told he shouldn't be long... Lie number 1 A party member rang again at 2.50am and we were told he was 2 minutes away. Lie number 2. At 3.10am I rang and asked where the taxi was. A lot of lies again and I asked if any kind of refund would be made available to the parties because of the delay. The operators attitude was disgusting, I was told no refund would be available that starcars don't do refunds. I stated I would never use starcars again and nor would I recommend them to anybody in the future and told them that their company was a disgrace and blatantly taking peoples good nature for granted. I went on to tell them what I thought of the company. Please if you use this company for long runs such as airport runs then only pay half and the next half when you are dropped off at your final destination point. I have learned by this mistake. But hopefully the next taxi company will be punctual. UNLIKE STARCARS!!!
No stars for star cars no saftey at all the driver that picked me up and dropped me off had no seatbelt on I hav pictures of proof and the redge plate if your looking for a taxi I would not reccomend this he also took the buckle of the seat belt and plugged it in that way the seat belt was still at the side of him I would like star cars to get in contact with me !

Told me they would not send a taxi out to me because I was in Leyland but yet I was going to chorley and the customer service of the operator was horrendous
Would not pick me up in Chorley and take me to Standish what a wast off time call your self a taxi service ha ha what a joke
