Awful service - was left on hold for 30 minutes whilst I was ‘waiting for a manager’ to find out where my precooked taxi from 5 weeks ago was. Told there were multiple drivers in the area and they had to decide which one to do my trip. Took £80 payment over the phone for trip then told me they won’t be long. Long story short 2 hours later in central Manchester - called to eventually cancel my booking and I got picked up a family member instead. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere
Prebooked a minibus days in advance. Was called 15mins before pick up and told it would be 15 mins late. After half an hour I called and was told give them 2 mins to sort it. An HOUR later and still no sign and my calls were ignored. Had to book separate taxis elsewhere and missed a booking we had. Not happy :
Awful. Would give 0 if I could. I pre-booked a taxi and it arrived 30 minutes after I pre-booked. 50 minutes after I called. Absolute joke. Ment I was late for work. Missed by bus so cost me an arm and an eye to get to work. No compensation or anything. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. AVOID!!!
Omg worst taxi place ever . Waited for taxi for 20 minutes. Tye guy turned up blamed school traffic yet was 4.20 not 3.20 . One seat belt in middle that was all..driver wasn't wearing one which meant could be stopped . Suddenly he didn't know where he was goingso had turn another way. 5 minutes if that ride tried to charge me 8.30 until I said no then said 7 pound what rip off. I nearly used user aswel wish I did as they charging less than 5pound. Never again
Been using this company for well over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The experience from start to finish is seamless and enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
I've ordered a taxi the day before so I was sure I won't get late from work . It was late 25 minutes and I had to embarrasse myself at my new employer on the first day. Avoid at all costs.
Taxi ridiculously late, left to wait in the cold over 30 minutes for taxi which operator said would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Had they told truth I would have called a different taxi stand. 1 star as no option to give anything less
Got a taxi to work and return early morning late at night very very friendly driver clean car good price
Was good until i was made to wait for 55 minutes and the booking guys continued to say the taxi will be with you in 5 minutes. Poor professionalism
I ordered a taxi coz I had work that day at Chorley. I came in very early. I had to wait for 40 mins at the train station until my shift started 40 minutes. This is definitely not good. And the money you charge. i feel scammed. What kind of metter goes from 5 pounds to 7 after stopping at a red light‍You shouldn’t do this to people.
