Don't book, unless you're an idiot. My cab was late even though I booked it 30mins in advance. No apology even though I was on a time limit given my destination was a rail station. Completely overcharged, came up more expensive than a black cab I took for the same journey the day before. The cab driver was rude, the car was flilthy, full of dirt and animal hair and stank of animal urine,

I've just rang Star Cab's to explain that I'm getting off the train at Newton Aycliffe, Explained that I'm Disabled in a Wheelchair and the controller said they don't have Wheelchair Accessible Taxi's and told me to ring someone else.

It started off well then sadly the Taxis became later and later with no apologies. When you have children who need to be in School on time and who receive negative points for late attendance then this is not the right firm!! Very let down by them!!!
