Ordered a taxi from Manchester airport at very short notice and due to chaos at Manchester airport the driver was sat there waiting for us for at least 1hr30 mins and still waited untill he'd collected us. Really friendly driver and a fantastic reliable service THANK YOU

Have twice tried getting a taxi from here to get me home after a night shift because of train cancellations. Both times they've made same excuse, " no one available." Taxi was parked opposite the office in Westhoughton. Liars. What they meant was they didn't want to send a taxi away from the area. Won't be calling them again.

Taxi turned up on time for our transfer to Manchester airport . Received a text from the company confirming our taxi was on its way. Same applied on our return transfer. We would definitely use this company again.

This taxi firm goes above and beyond for its customers. Many if not all offer more than an A to B, firstly with their APP where you can order a taxi for a time you decide on, then you opt to either paying cash or card where you get a price of cost approximately. It will in real time show where abouts your taxi is while on its way to you, the name of your driver and the colour & make of car he's in which makes for safe and non trouble journey for people in an evening for example. From experience I've received A* service on every taxi journey, no awkward silence the drivers, are very friendly. And as a disabled customer I've found my drivers to be extra helpful from adjusting my seat, turning the car so least amount of distance from my front door and from friends and family they have bags carried to the doorstep etc, it's these small acts of kindness which in my opinion as well as my family & friends make it an easy choice every journey why change taxi firms when you get everything you need all in one place.
