Not sure I can blame Premier/PAL cars but left my phone in a car on new years eve/night, spent days aking taxi firm if its in lost proprerty to no avail even thoigh I tracked phone down to a single adress Tracked phone down but firm wasnt helpful in locating address. Shame because even if my phone is taken to a shop it will never be able to be unlocked, its an enterprise device so worth more returninng it than throwing in the bin
Wonderful service. Cannot remember the person who dropped us to the airport but please thank him from us. He was wonderful.
I had a taxi booked for 7:10. I rung at 7:15 and was told it would be 3-4 minutes. At 7:20 I found my own way to work, as I started at 7:30. The taxi then turned up at my house at 7:40, which I find more insulting than if it hadn't turned up at all. Definitely won't use this company again.
I will never use this firm again! Pre-ordered a taxi on NYE to arrive at 1am, called at 1:10 and was told 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no taxi. Absolutely useless.
I paid in advance for an airport pick up but Premier Private Hire taxi did not show, I was left waiting at 1.30 am in the morning with my 13 year old daughter...not funny!!Annoyed and looking for a full refund!!!
Idiots! Booked at taxi for 5am to take me to airport. Didn't turn up then they didn't answer the phone. Avoid!!!
